基于颤振效应的电液比例方向阀进油口压力波动分析

摘
要:文章针对软管漏油事件,分析了该液压系统特点,建立了系统数学模型,分析了比例阔的颤振补偿机
理以及颤振信号对比例间进汹口压力的影响,并通过仿真和试验加以验证。结果表明:比例控制放大器性能
不稳定,颤振信号幅值过大是导致该液压系统比例间进油口压力剧烈波动的原因;对于比例阀阔前带阻尼的
系统或者阔前元件与比例阀构成的封闭容腔较小的系统,颤振幅值过大会引起进油口压力的强烈波动,波动
频率与颤振频率一致,增大封闭腔容积或去掉阻尼可以在效地减小压力波动。

Abstract:
Based
on
the
hose
oil leakage
accidents
of
a
nuclear
power
plant
,
the
characteristics
of
the
hydraulic
system
were
studied
,
the
mathematical
models
were
established
,
and
the
flutter
compensa
tion
mechanism
of
the
proportional
valve
as
well
as
the
effect
of
flutter
signal
on
the
pressure
of
pro-
portional
valve
inlet
was
analyzed.
The
simulation
and
tests
were
also carried
out
to
validate
the
anal
ysis
results.
The
results
show
that
the
unstable
proportional
control
amplifier
and
the
huge
flutter
signal
amplitude
cause
the
severe
pressure
fluctuation
of
proportional
valve
înlet
in
the
hydraulic
sys
tem.
In
the
system
with
a
damping
before
proportional
valve
or
the
system
which
has
small closed ca
pacity
formed
by
proportional
valve
and
the
components
before
the
valve, if
the
flutter
amplitude
is
higher
than
the
normal
value,
it
will cause
acute
pressure
fluctuation
whose
wave
has
the
same
fre
quency
as
flutter
signa
l.
Increasing
the
volume
of
the
enclosure
or
removing
the
damping
can
effective-
ly
reduce
the
pressure
fluctuation.

电液比例间是介于普通液压阀和电液伺服阀
之间的一种控制阀,能根据输入的电信号连续地、
按比例对油液的压力、流量或方向进行控制。电
液比例阀存在中位死区和

的滞环,而摩
擦力是产生滞环和死区的主要因素之一,国内外
学者对摩擦力补偿做了大量研究。摩擦力补偿方

摘
