Abstract In daily life, joyful holidays, entertainment, and scientific research, decor is everywhere, and it always involves the use of color light controllers. The continuous improvement of color light control circuits has made people's lives more colorful and vibrant. This article primarily introduces the design components and working principles of the color light cycle control circuit. The 220V voltage in the circuit is applied to both ends of the various color lights through controllable silicon devices. When the controllable silicon conducts, the color light illuminates, otherwise, it goes out. The conduction of the controllable silicon depends on whether its control pole is involved in the trigger signal. These trigger signals are provided by the sequence pulses generated by the shift register. The clock pulses generated by the oscillating circuit are input into the shift register. With the continuous input of clock pulses, the outputs of the shift register sequentially become high [low] level, forming a timing control signal. The timing control signal is sent to the controllable silicon through the driving circuit, causing the controllable silicon to conduct sequentially, thereby sequentially lighting up [extinguishing] the various color lights.
