Research on the Fault Liability of Contract Signing of Electronic Commerce Contract" focuses on the growing use of e-commerce contracts in various aspects of our lives. As society's legal concept deepens, individuals are increasingly concerned with protecting their own interests and have a more comprehensive and detailed understanding of the fault liability of e-commerce contracts. Currently, there are not many laws and regulations in China related to e-commerce contracts, especially regarding fault liability. With the development of networked e-commerce contracts, there are many issues surrounding the handling of fault liability in e-commerce contracts. This research begins by defining the concept and characteristics of e-commerce contracts and fault liability, then delineates the scope of fault liability in e-commerce contracts. It highlights the insufficient laws, fault liability caused by the violation of the principle of good faith, fault liability resulting from the use of virtual identities in online contracting, and communication failures leading to fault liability. The research also provides suggestions for improvement in these areas. In conclusion, this study sheds light on the intricacies of fault liability in e-commerce contracts, highlighting the importance of a comprehensive understanding of the legal framework surrounding e-commerce contracts. It emphasizes the need for improved laws and regulations to address fault liability issues effectively and suggests practical solutions to enhance the protection of individuals' interests in electronic transactions.
