基于PLC控制的花样喷泉系统设计

Based on the rapid development of programmable logic controllers (PLC) in China, the control requirements for pattern fountains have become increasingly higher. Therefore, more and more control components need to be implemented using PLC. The use of PLC for controlling pattern fountains has advantages such as reliable operation, convenient use, and simple control program design. In this thesis, we focus on the design of a pattern fountain controlled by a Mitsubishi FX2N PLC, with the specific case of a 4-ring music pattern fountain. The overall functionality of the control system for the fountain pool is analyzed, and the composition and working principle of the PLC are explained. The hardware components of the fountain pool are designed in detail, including various hardware modules. The software design and programming are also described. Our goal is to improve the control quality of the fountain system and achieve real-time control, hoping to bring new development to music fountains.
