1 引言
模糊逻辑是模糊理论的逻辑基础,模糊推理是模糊
逻辑的核心。模糊推理算法是模糊系统的理论基础和
重要工具
[1-2]
。模糊关系合成算法 CRI(Composition Rule
of Inference)是模糊推理的基本算法,并得以不断的分
析、改进和推广应用
[2-10]
。选择合适的模糊算子是模糊
推理算法的关键,模糊逻辑系统的性能与选择的模糊算
子的性质紧密相关。

摘 要:模糊推理中,输入和推理规则发生摄动时,内部连接算子的选择是影响推理输出的主要因素。给出了模糊
Lipschitz 聚合算子的定义,论证了满足 Lipschitz 条件的三角模算子和蕴涵算子,研究了一类稳定的 Lipschitz 聚合算
子对模糊推理的鲁棒性影响,指出了当系统发生输入摄动和规则摄动时,内部连接算子为 1-Lipschitz 算子,能有效地
抑制模糊推理的输出摄动,特别是当内部连接算子既是 1-k
∞
-Lipschitz 又是 quasi-copulas 时,模糊推理输出更稳定安
全可行,模糊推理的鲁棒性得到更好调控;另外,从实验结果看,规则摄动对推理输出影响较大。实验部分既是对文
中所提理论的很好验证,同时也是该理论在图像处理和人脸联想方面的具体应用。

Ab stract:In fuzzy reasoning, when the input and inference rul es are per turbed, the selection of t he interna l connection
operator is th e main factor affecting the reasoning output. In this paper, the definition of fuzzy Lipschitz operator is given,
the triangular- n orm operators and implicatio n operators satis fying Lipschitz condition are proved. The sta ble Lipschitz
operators to influence the r obus tness of fuzzy reasoning are fo cused on. When the input is perturbed and the rule is per-
turbed, the internal connection operators which are 1-Lipschitz operators can effectively restrain the output pe rturbation,
especially when the internal connective operators are 1-k
∞
-Lipschitz and quasi-copu las, the output of fuzzy reasoning is
safer and mo re fea sible , the robustness of fuzzy reasoning can get better control. In addition, the experimental results
show that the rule perturbation has great effect on output. The experimental part is not only a good verification of the theory
proposed in this paper, but also a specific a pplication of the theory in im age pro cessing and face association.
