With the rapid development of electronic commerce in China, more and more people are getting involved in e-commerce as it has become an important form of business, bringing great convenience to people's production and life. However, the issue of trustworthiness in e-commerce is becoming increasingly prominent. Problems such as price fraud, delayed delivery, incomplete or untimely payment, lack of guarantee for after-sales service of goods, and insecurity of information are occurring frequently. In response to these issues, it is proposed to solve the problem of trustworthiness in e-commerce by establishing a trustworthiness system in China, promoting the healthy development of e-commerce in the country. The establishment of a trustworthiness system in e-commerce requires efforts from the government, businesses, and consumers. This paper discusses the tasks that the government, businesses, and consumers should undertake in the construction of a trustworthiness system in e-commerce. The key to building a successful trustworthiness system lies in the collaboration and cooperation among these three parties. The government plays a crucial role in setting guidelines and regulations to ensure the trustworthiness of e-commerce transactions. Businesses need to prioritize ethical standards and integrity in their operations to build trust with consumers. Consumers also need to be vigilant and informed to make wise decisions in choosing trustworthy e-commerce platforms. In conclusion, the credibility issue in e-commerce is a pressing concern that requires immediate attention and action. By building a trustworthiness system through the joint efforts of the government, businesses, and consumers, we can enhance the credibility of e-commerce transactions, promote the healthy development of e-commerce in China, and ultimately create a safe and trustworthy digital marketplace for all parties involved.
