基于三菱PLC的太阳能热水器自动控制系统的设计摘要 本文研究了可编程控制器(PLC)在太阳能热水器自动控制系统中的应用。重点研究了系统的硬件构成和系统软件的设计过程。通过研究确定了系统的各个工序,并绘制了系统的工艺流程图。同时,进行了系统的I/O分配和PLC的选型,并根据系统设计要求设计绘制了系统的控制梯形图。此外,还绘制了控制系统的电气原理图和接线图等。 通过对太阳能热水器自动控制系统的改造,通过PLC的使用大大减少了系统对其他元器件的使用,使系统的接线更简单,检修维护更方便快捷,并提高了系统的可靠性。这不仅增进了系统的先进性,还为用户提供了更好的使用体验。 关键词:PLC、太阳能、自动控制系统、热水器 Abstract: The present study focuses on the application of the programmable logic controller (PLC) in the automatic control system of solar water heaters. The research primarily emphasizes on the hardware composition and the design process of the system software. It is emphasized that the key to PLC design is the ability to meet the basic control functions while considering convenience of maintenance and system scalability. In this paper, the various processes of the system were determined through research, and the process flowchart of the system was drawn. Furthermore, the I/O allocation and PLC selection were conducted, and the control ladder diagram of the system was designed according to the system design requirements. The electrical schematic diagram and wiring diagram of the control system were also drawn. By using PLC for the automatic control system of solar water heaters, the reliance on other components was greatly reduced, resulting in simpler wiring, convenient and quick maintenance, and improved system reliability.
