It begins with an analysis of the structural characteristics and molding process of the fan based on the processing properties of PA6 plastic, the material used for the fan. Moldflow software is then used to conduct a mold flow analysis to determine the injection mold structure and the working process. Subsequently, 3D modeling is performed using PRO/E software to analyze the design of the molding components, the gating system, the lateral core-pulling mechanism, the ejection demolding mechanism, and the cooling system. The design utilizes a domestic Longji mold frame and the Ltools 4.1 plugin in AutoCAD to integrate a large number of domestic mold frames, thereby unifying 3D and 2D design and enhancing drawing efficiency.
