The system can automatically import the comprehensive information of students' morality, intelligence and physique into the database, automatically rank the students according to the formula for comprehensive evaluation, automatically generate information of scholarship recipients according to the required proportion, and be able to query and modify various information. It can also perform statistics on ranking and scholarship information, generate reports, and basic meet the needs of student staff. This system is a comprehensive student appraisal and evaluation management system developed based on specific situations and requirements. Its purpose is to provide high-quality and efficient business management and transaction processing for relevant departments of educational administration, adopt safe and reliable processing and control technology, timely, accurate and reliable information collection and transmission, establish a complete and reliable processing mechanism, improve work efficiency, and reduce error rate. The student appraisal and evaluation management system that I am responsible for is composed of two parts, students and administrators. Administrators are mainly responsible for importing and deleting student information from the database and classifying and summarizing the relevant information of scholarship evaluation, in order to obtain evaluation results. The system uses SQL Server 2000 as the backend database and JSP as the development tool. This paper discusses the whole process from analysis to implementation of the system, explaining the basic ideas of system implementation, introducing different functional modules of the system and the relevant technologies used.
