摘要 控制器局域网络(CAN)是一种能有效支持分布式控制或实时控制的串行通信网络,具有高性能和高可靠性的特点,现已经成为国际标准。然而,CAN总线也存在一些局限性,例如网络拓扑结构简单、通信速率有限、扩展性不足等。另一方面,以太网作为一种广泛应用于局域网和互联网的通信技术,具有较高的通信速率和广泛的应用领域。 本文针对CAN总线和以太网通讯接口技术进行了研究,探讨了它们的优势和不足,并提出了将两种技术结合起来的可能性。通过设计实验测试,验证了以太网与CAN总线通讯接口的可行性和效果。本文的研究结果对于利用两种通讯技术的优势,提高通讯效率和性能具有一定的参考价值。 关键词:控制器局域网络(CAN),以太网,通信接口,实时控制,性能优化 Abstract Controller Area Network (CAN) is a kind of serial communication network that can effectively support distributed control or real-time control. It has the characteristics of high performance and high reliability, and has become an international standard. However, CAN bus also has its limitations, such as simple network topology, limited communication rate, and lack of scalability. On the other hand, Ethernet, as a widely used communication technology in local area networks and the internet, has high communication rate and wide application fields. This paper studies the communication interface technology of CAN bus and Ethernet, discusses their advantages and disadvantages, and proposes the possibility of combining the two technologies. Through the design of experimental tests, the feasibility and effectiveness of Ethernet and CAN bus communication interface are verified. The research results of this paper have certain reference value for utilizing the advantages of the two communication technologies, improving communication efficiency and performance.
