The design and implementation of a flower gift management system based on SpringBoot is the focus of this paper. With the advancement of technology, the demand for online flower and gift shops has increased significantly. This system is developed using Java language and MySQL database for data storage. Visitors can search and browse all flower information, while registered users can make appointments for their favorite flowers. Administrators have the ability to manage flower information, procurement information, and order information in the backend. The system follows an information management approach to avoid the cumbersome manual record keeping and improve the efficiency of the flower shop's operations. The system is designed following MVC pattern development and each module is tested before it can be deployed for actual use. The main functionalities of the system include management of flowers, bouquets, user appointments, membership, suppliers, procurement, sales, and inventory. This system provides different management permissions for three types of users, ensuring that each user can access the relevant functionalities. It optimizes the management process for flower gift shops, allowing for efficient handling of information and streamlining operations.
