As mobile phone users become increasingly younger and more widespread, and with the growing trend of younger individuals taking driving license exams, the demand for mobile apps that facilitate exam preparation is on the rise. Among these individuals, over 70% are using Android-based systems. Every year, a significant number of individuals are interested in apps related to driving license exams. However, the current market offerings of driving exam apps are complex and cumbersome, lacking in user experience. Drawing from these observations, this paper provides a detailed description of the design and implementation process of a driving license exam software based on the Android system. The software aims to provide a concise interface and easy operation while maintaining the necessary content for driving exams, thus creating a practical and highly functional application. The paper analyzes user requirements and software functions from the perspectives of software design objectives, structure, and processes. The software includes features such as chapter exercises, random practice, simulated exams, and the ability to collect and review incorrect answers, meeting users' basic needs without unnecessary additions to the menu.
