本文介绍了一种基于AT89C52单片机控制的柔性低压无功功率补偿器的设计。在电力系统中,功率因数的提高对于电能损耗、供电经济性和供电质量都有重要影响。因此,研发高性能的功率因数装置具有实际的社会和经济效益。本文所设计的控制器采用数字检测电路来获取电网电压与电流的相位差,控制开关采用过零型固态继电器,使得投切控制实现等电压投入和零电流切除;单片机AT89C52实现数据处理、输入、输出控制等功能。通过实验监测功率因素分析,该控制器具有对电网冲击小、响应快、抗干扰能力强、精度高、可分相投切等优点,适用于目前企业用户进行无功功率补偿。该设计的运用使得功率因数达到调整和优化,提高了电力系统的供电质量和经济运行。 关键词:AT89C52、功率因数、补偿器、电容器。 Overall, this project focuses on the design of a flexible low-voltage reactive power compensator controlled by the AT89C52 microcontroller. The improvement of power factor in the power system is crucial for economic power transmission, energy efficiency, and power supply quality. Therefore, the development of high-performance power factor correction devices has practical social and economic benefits. The controller designed in this project uses a digital detection circuit to obtain the phase difference between the grid voltage and current. The control switch uses a zero-crossing solid-state relay to achieve equal voltage input and zero current cutting. The AT89C52 microcontroller is used for data processing, input, output control, and other functions. Experimental monitoring and power factor analysis have shown that the controller has the advantages of minimal impact on the grid, fast response, strong anti-interference ability, high precision, and phase-segmented switching, making it suitable for reactive power compensation for current enterprise users. The application of this design enables power factor adjustment and optimization, improving the power supply quality and economic operation of the power system.
