The design of the system is convenient for company personnel to make meeting reservations online, reducing time costs, and also facilitating the needs of company personnel to go out for meetings. The development of the system adopts the MVC model of Java, and the data persistence storage is the common MySQL relational database. The construction of the website is divided into the front end and back end. The system includes important functions such as department, meeting room, announcement and reservation management, and also has some auxiliary function management.
