This paper introduces the development process of WeChat Mini Program University Student Affairs Management System. The system design part mainly introduces the system function design and database design. The main functions are related to student data management, exam management, question management, various notifications, etc. Therefore, it has a certain practicality. The back-end of the website uses Java's SSM framework for back-end management development, which can log in on the browser for back-end data management. MySQL is used as the local database, and the WeChat Mini Program uses the WeChat developer tool, ensuring the stability of the system. The system has clear interface, simple operation, and full functions, making the management work of the WeChat Mini Program University Student Affairs Management System systematic and standardized.
