Since the 1990s, the global Internet has entered a period of high activity, and website navigation has become a typical practical application. The website navigation system mainly includes front-end customer operations and back-end administrator management. The front-end mainly implements user registration and login, browsing specific websites by category, leaving messages for administrators, using help documents, checking the weather, and setting alarms. The back-end administrators mainly maintain website information and user information in the database. This thesis first expounds the basic knowledge of website navigation and the key business of building website navigation. Secondly, it analyzes and designs a website navigation system using an object-oriented approach, involving the development mode of the system, the design of the back-end relational database, and the explanation of tools and environments. In the development process of this topic, the software life cycle principle is followed, and functional requirements analysis and non-functional requirements, including system business process analysis, are carried out in the requirements analysis phase. Detailed explanations of key technologies and analysis methods in the database are also included. It basically covers the development process of a website navigation system and the key issues that should be given attention.
