摘要 流量计是衡量液体或气体流量的重要仪器,超声波流量计作为一种新型流量计,在工业应用中具有独特的优势和广泛的前景。本文以时差法超声波流量计为研究对象,通过深入理论研究和实践探索,致力于提高系统精度、稳定性和可靠性。 首先,本文研究了时差法超声波流量计的测量原理,分析了超声波在流体中传播的特性以及超声波换能器的特性和安装选择。其次,在提高测量精度方面,采用了新的超声波时差测量方法——多脉冲测量法。最后,对流量计的硬件电路和软件编程进行了详细设计和分析。 关键词:超声波流量计;单片机;超声波换能器;时差法;多脉冲测量法 Abstract The device for measuring the flow rate of liquid or gas is an important instrument, and the ultrasonic flowmeter, as a new type of flowmeter, has unique advantages and broad prospects in industrial applications. This paper focuses on the ultrasonic flowmeter based on the time difference method, through in-depth theoretical research and practical exploration, aiming to improve system accuracy, stability, and reliability. Firstly, this paper studies the measurement principle of the time difference ultrasonic flowmeter, analyzes the characteristics of ultrasonic wave propagation in fluid and the characteristics and installation selection of ultrasonic transducers. Secondly, in terms of improving measurement accuracy, a new method of ultrasonic time difference measurement—multi-pulse measurement method is adopted. Finally, detailed design and analysis of the hardware circuit and software programming of the flowmeter are conducted. Through theoretical studies and practical experiments, this work contributes to the advancement of ultrasonic flow measurement technology and offers insights into the potential benefits of using ultrasonic flowmeters in industrial processes.
