NUC970 系列采用 ARM926EJ-S 核心,执行速度高达 300 MHz ,堆叠 16 MB、64 MB 或 128 MB DDR-II 记忆体於同一封裝,提供 128-pin 和 216-pin LQFP 封装,大幅减少 PCB 尺寸和降低电磁干扰 ( EMI ) 。丰富的周边功能包含:11 组 UART 、以太网、SDIO / eMMC 介面、NAND Flash 介面、CAN 2.0B、ISO-7816 介面、LCD 控制器和高速 USB 2.0 Host / Device 等,可以满足客户对弹性设计的需求。NUC970 提供 AES、SHA 与 3DES 加密引擎,并符合 - 40 ℃ 至 85 ℃ 工业温度规格,主要应用为工业自动化控制、人机介面 ( HMI ) 、物联网网关 ( Gateway ) 和智能家居网关与路由器 ( Router ) 。
