目前网上各种版本的 mantis 安装手册虽多，但对于最新的1.2.X 而言，却多有不适之处。本
文作者在通过多次反复安装 XAMPP+Mantis 1.2.5，总结了一点经验，分享给需要的朋友，
希望能减少大家在安装上摸索的时间。
本安装手册在 windows 操作系统下的使用 XAMPP 和 mantis1.2.5安装通过。推想同样适用
于近期的 XAMPP 和 mantis1.2.X 的版本。
软件安装包：
1. xampp-win32-1.7.4-VC6-installer.exe；
（下载自 http://www.apachefriends.org/zh_cn/xampp.html）
2. mantisbt-1.2.5.zip
（下载自 http://www.mantisbt.org/download.php）
