发展到现在，被广泛引用的两种定义：
Hammer and Champy 提出的 :a business process is a collection of
activities that takes one or more kinds of inputs and creates an output
that is of value to the customer.
Davenport 提出的 :a business process is defined as the chain of
activities whose final aim is the production of a specific output for a
particular customer or market.
