基于 SaaS 的云招标多租户管理子系统的设
计与实现

摘要：随着现代互联网技术的迅速发展与成熟，越来越多的招标企业逐渐将业务管理移植到
线上进行。于是，信息化与服务化在招标企业发展中扮演着越来越重要的角色。另外，在信
息化和服务化的进程中，灵活匹配多租户需求的软件系统非常受欢迎。一方面可以节省招标
企业租户购买软件的成本，另一方面消除了管理和维护软件的花销。因此，基于 SaaS10
（Software as a Service:软件即服务）的服务模式，设计和实现了云招标多租户管理子系统。
将云计算和 Web 相关技术引入该管理系统实现招标业务子系统自动化部署的同时，设计灵
活的数据存储结构和显示界面以使该子系统具有良好的扩展性和交互性。

Design and implementation of multi-tenant management
subsystem of cloud bidding based on SaaS

Abstract: with the rapid development and mature of modern Internet technology, more and more
tender enterprises will be gradually transferred to the online business management. As a result,
informatization and servitization in the development of tender enterprises plays an increasingly
important role. In addition, in the process of informatization and servitization, software systems that are 25
flexible to match the multi-tenant needs are very popular. On the one hand, they can save the cost of
tenants to buy software, on the other hand, they can eliminate the cost of management and maintenance
software. Therefore, the paper aims to design and implement the multi-tenant management subsystem
of cloud bidding based on SaaS’ (Software as a Service) service pattern. The related technology of
cloud computing and Web is introduced into the management subsystem to automatically deploy the 30
bidding business subsystem. Meanwhile, the flexible data storage structure and display interface are
designed to make the aubsystem have a good expansibility and interactivity.

在互联网市场上，服务软件非常受众多企业的青睐。然而，传统的软件购买方式给软件
使用者造成巨大的购买成本负担以及维护软件的额外花销。于是随着现代互联网技术的发展
与创新，软件租用改变了传统的软件交付方式。通过租用运行于服务提供商企业内部的应用
软件，租用企业无需关心软件的使用维护、升级和硬件环境的支持，只需要通过按次或按期
的方式付费，便可以继续获取相关服务，同时还可以低成本地更换服务提供商。软件租用方40
式把软件彻底变成了服务，逐渐成为软件市场的主流交付方式[1]。
软件租用服务经历了从 ASP（Application Service Providers:应用服务提供商）模式到如
今盛行的 SaaS 模式。在 ASP 模式[2]下，服务提供商所提供的应用程序与租户之间是一对一
