Abstract
Along with the rapid development of the power electronic technology, computer
technology and the automatic control technology, the programmable controller’s (PLC)
function more perfect and more extensive application based on PLC control system,
gradually become the mainstream of the industrial control system.
In this paper introduces the dc motor based on PLC double closed-loop speed
regulation system, according to the dc speed control theory and the theory of automatic
control system, this paper introduces the PLC control of double closed-loop speed
regulation system composition, working principle and the dynamic performance. This
system of dc motor double closed-loop speed regulation system of the digital
transformation, make current loop and speed loop controller by PLC system are
discussed to realize. With Siemens S7-200 PLC and the CPU222 both extension module
to realize dc motor double closed loop speed regulation system. Application of PLC PID
commands to realize dc motor speed closed-loop control. This system is easy to expand,
easy to expand all kinds of I/O modules and function modules.
