"The neon light controller based on single chip is a project designed by students of Sichuan Normal University Chengdu College for the course of modern communication principles. The project utilizes the AT89C51 single-chip microcontroller to control the neon light. The system consists of hardware circuit design and software design. The hardware design includes the design of the LED, reset circuit, clock circuit, button design, and peripheral interface design. The main function of the button is to control the neon light manually, allowing the single-chip microcontroller to display different patterns and various flashing effects, as well as switch between different flashing modes. The software part is developed using the Keil software based on C language. The system is characterized by its simple circuit structure, easy operation, and strong practical value. It is also highly practical, easy to operate, and with strong expandable functionality. Additional features can be easily added by modifying the program, making it highly flexible. In conclusion, the neon light controller based on single chip is a practical and flexible system, suitable for a variety of applications."
