摘要:目的:比较观察瘢痕灸、温和灸对实验性 RA 大鼠血清 IL-1、TNF-α 表达的影响,探
讨不同灸法治疗实验性 RA 的抗炎机制。方法:选用健康 SD 大鼠 40 只,随机分为空白对
照组(以下简称“空白组”)、RA 模型组(以下简称“模型组”)、瘢痕灸组、温和灸组,每
组 10 只。以福氏完全佐剂(FCA)造模,艾灸“肾俞”治疗,采用 ELISA 法测定血清 IL-1、10
TNF-α 含量。结果:(1)血清 IL-1 含量,模型组显著高于空白组(P<0.01),温和灸组、瘢
痕灸组均明显低于模型组(P<0.01),瘢痕灸组与温和灸组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);(2)
血清 TNF-α 含量,模型组显著高于空白组(P<0.01),瘢痕灸组、温和灸组均明显低于模型组
(P<0.05,P<0.01),瘢痕灸组与温和灸组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:瘢痕灸、温和灸
均能明显降低实验性 RA 大鼠血清 IL-1、TNF-α 含量,抑制 IL-1、TNF-α 等炎性细胞因子产15
生可能是瘢痕灸与温和灸的共同抗炎机制之一。

Abstract: Comparative observation the influence of IL-1、TNF-α expression in experimental
rheumatoid arthritis (RA )rat, serum by scarring moxibustion and moderate moxibustion,to
discusses the mechanism of anti-inflammatory which treat rheumatoid arthritis by different 30
moxibustion methods。Methods: Fourty health SD rats (Sprague-Dawley rats) were randomly
divided into control group (hereinafter referred to as "blank"), the RA model group (hereinafter
referred to as "model"), moderate moxibustion treatment group (hereinafter referred to as "
moderate moxibustion") and scarring moxibustion treatment group (hereinafter referred to as "
scarring moxibustion"),each group of 10。To produce RA animal models by Freund’s Complete 35
Adjuvant (FCA), to moxibust in “Shenshu(BL23)” acupoints。to detect IL-1、TNF-α content in
the serum by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)。 Results: (1) The content of serum
IL – 1, "model" were significantly increased than "blank" (P<0.01). "moderate moxibustion" and
"scarring moxibustion" were significantly lower than that of "model" (P<0.01), "moderate
moxibustion " and " scarring moxibustion " were no significant difference(P>0.05). (2) The 40
content of serum TNF-α, "model" were significantly increased than "blank" (P<0.01). "scarring
moxibustion" and "moderate moxibustion" were significantly lower than that of "model" (P<0.05,
