"Abstract The rapid development of network technology and Internet thinking has become the transformational mindset for many industries. The development of Internet finance has significantly reduced the commission rates of traditional securities firms, leading to a drastic decrease in revenue for their sales departments. In order to enhance their business income, the transformation of securities sales departments is imminent. This paper primarily analyzes the impact of the rapid development of the Internet on securities sales departments, explores how to achieve scientific transformation of sales departments under the new Internet mindset, and takes the example of the Galaxy Securities Shenzhen Xianglin Road Sales Department to analyze the traditional sales model and the problems faced by the sales department. The paper identifies the problems existing in the traditional model, analyzes the problems, and makes relevant suggestions for the expansion of marketing channels and innovation of product services for the sales department, to achieve the model innovation of Internet securities sales departments and enhance profitability in the situation of declining commission rates. It is hoped that this research will promote the development of business transformation at the Galaxy Securities Xianglin Road Sales Department and have reference significance for the same industry.
