一种基于区块链技术的智能运维系统的设计与实现

摘 要:近年来伴随着 IT 系统日趋复杂化、规模化的演进,对 IT 运维技术提出了更高的要求。从区块链 Raft
共识算法技术角度出发,深入阐述了区块链技术在智能运维系统中的应用。通过对比区块链技术与传统技术,
给出了新的设计组合架构及改建技术难点,以解决现有 IT 系统运维存在的问题,实现基于区块链技术的智慧
运维系统。

Design and implementation of intelligent maintenance
system based on blockchain technology

Abstract: In recent years, with the increasingly complex and large-scale evolution of IT systems, objectively higher
requirements have been placed on IT operation and maintenance technology. From the perspective of blockchain Raft
consensus algorithm technology, the application of blockchain technology in intelligent operation and maintenance
system was elaborated. By comparing the blockchain technology with the traditional technology, a new architecture
and some reconstruction difficulties to solve the existing problems were provided, to realize a smart operation and
maintenance system based on the blockchain technology.

1 引言
随着企业信息化技术的飞速发展, IT 系统的
规模呈几何式爆发增长。IT 系统在为企业提供快
捷便利服务的同时,企业对 IT 系统的依赖程度也
越来越高, 进而对 IT 系统运维工作提出了更高的
要求,如何保障 IT 系统高效、稳定、持续不间断
地提供服务,成为 IT 系统运维人员亟待解决的问
题。传统的运维工作以人工为主,这种方式往往
造成响应慢、处理周期长、服务过程无序,严重
影响运维部门对核心业务的支撑效率。IT 运维的
智能化、自动化成为未来运维工作的发展趋势。
