基于 Ansys 的开关磁阻起动/发电机转子槽型设计

摘要:分析了开关磁阻起动/发电机(Switched Reluctance Starter/Generator,SR
S/G)双凸极结构的优缺点。在有限元仿真分析的基础上,提出了开关磁阻起动
/发电机两种槽型结构:填充型转子槽型和流线型转子槽型。利用有限元分析软
件 Ansys 对此两种槽型优化方案与传统电机槽型进行了应力,形变,热场等分
析,并对仿真结果进行了对比分析。在不同槽型的热场分析中首次提出了多场
联合有限元仿真的温度场分析方法。本文为开关磁阻电机槽型的设计提供了参
考,并对两种槽型的适用场合提供了理论依据。

Abstract: The advantages and disadvantages of the doubly salient structure of
Switched Reluctance Starter/Generator(SR S/G) have been analyzed. Based on the
analysis of finite element simulation, two optimized slot structures of SR S/G: filled
structure and streamlined structure are put forward. The stress, deformation and
thermal field simulation of those two structures have been analyzed by finite element
analysis software Ansys, the simulation results were compared with the conventional
one. It is the first time to propose multi-field finite element thermal field simulation in
thermal analysis of different slot structures. This paper provides theoretical reference
to the design of SR S/G and theoretical evidence for applications in choices of
different slot structures.
