数字样机开发的关键技术

摘
要:为研究数字样机开发中的关键技术,以某款四轮摩托车为例,对虚拟样机零部件建
模的方法进行了分析,并对覆盖件设计中的常用逆向工程的关键点进行阐述。基于
CAD
软件对
四轮摩托车样机的零部件进行了子装配和大装配,对其过程中的约束、检查干涉等问题进行研
究,通过数字假人与数字样机的合理配合,使数字样机的开发更具有实际价值。最后基于
Ad
ams/Car
模块对数字样机做了多休动力学分析,并对开发中出现的问题和缺陷进行改进,使数字
样机最优地代替物理样机,使高质、高效、低成本的装备设计和制造成为可能。

Abstract:
In
order
to
re

arch
the
key
technology
in
the
proceeding
of
research
and
development
of
Digital
Mock-up
, a four-wheel motorcycle models
is
taken
as
an
example
to
analyze
the
methods
of
modeling
parts
of
the
virtual prototype
and
to
expatiate
the
key
parts
of
reverse
engineering
in
designing
the
cove
r.
Based
on
CAD software , a
sub-assembly
and
a
large-assembly
with four-wheel
motorcycle prototype
parts
are
taken
to
study
the
constrain

interference
and
other
problems
during
the
assembly
process.
Through
the
cooperation
of
the
digital
dummy
and
Digital
Mock-up
,
the
R&D
of
Digital
Mock-up
is
more
useful
in
practice
than
before. Finally,
based
on
ADAMS/CAR
software ,
the
characters
of
the
multi-body
dynamics
are
analyzed
to resolve
the
problems
and
defects
appeared
in
R&D. Therefore , it
is
possible
to
achieve
a
high-quali

high efficiency
and
low-cost
equipment
design
and
manufacturing
through
taking
the
optimal digital
mock-up
instead
of
physical
prototype.
