浅埋深“双硬”特厚煤层综放开采顶煤冒放
性研究

摘要:平朔矿区煤层埋藏较浅,顶板硬、煤质硬,原先因判定不能采用综放开采,故一直采
用露天开采技术,形成了露天排土场压煤和露天不采区,实行露井联采是发展的必然趋势。
在没有先例的情况下,开展了浅埋深“双硬”条件下特厚煤层综放开采技术的研究,在分析
矿区特点和地质条件的基础上,研究确定了综放工作面参数、设备配套与回采工艺,老顶的10
周期来压沿工作面方向并不是同时来压,而是呈现局部来压、迁移特征,周期来压的动载系
数为 1.31,顶煤垮落块度分布实测结果表明顶煤垮落块度不大,极大部分顶煤能够顺利放
落,顶煤的冒放性较好。并对顶煤顶板的运移规律和采动支承压力分布规律进行了实测分析,
采用国产装备,在 2006 年工作面年产原煤 988.74 万吨,采煤队月产原煤 106.87 万吨,取
得了巨大的经济效益,值得推广。 15

Abstract: The burialdepth of coalseam in Pingshuo mine area is shallow and both roof and coal
are hard. Previously, as fully mechanized sublevel caving could not be adopted according to the
judgment, open mining technology was applied all the time. Thus, coal under open-air dump and
open-air non-mining area are formed and joint coal mining of open mining and underground
mining is the developmental inevitable trend. Under the circumstance of no example, research on 30
fully mechanized sublevel caving technology for extra thick coalseam in the condition of shallow
burialdepth and hard coal and hard roof is conducted. Based on the mine area characteristics and
geological conditions, parameters of fully mechanized caving face, equipment match and recovery
process are confirmed. Periodical weighting of base roof presents characteristic of local weighting
and migration rather than simultaneously weighting in the work face direction and the dynamic 35
load factor of periodical weighting is 1.31. According to measured results of top-coal collapse
lumpiness distribution, most top-coal can successfully cave down and the caving property of
top-coal is good. In addition, measurement analysis has been taken to the migration rule of
top-coal and roof and the distribution law of mining abutment pressure. Depending on
Chinese-made equipment, the work face produces 9.8874 Mt raw coal every year and coal mining 40
team produces 1.0687 Mt raw coal every month. As great economic benefit has been made, this
technology is worth popularization.
