The existence of a community is to promote the development of cities, the progress of social civilization, and continuously provide urban community services for residents to improve their living environment. This is also an important condition for the scientific and standardized management of community services, and to align with the world. The community portal website system is a typical information management system. This paper introduces the development process of the community portal website system, the problems encountered in the design and their solutions, as well as the improvement of the current application program or system development progress and work performance. Using various object-oriented development tools provided by the system, a system application prototype is first established in a short time. Then, the initial prototype system undergoes iterative requirements, continuous corrections, and improvements until a feasible system that satisfies users is formed.
