女贞子对断奶仔猪生长性能和血液生化指标的影响

摘 要:试验选择 64头 28±2 日龄断奶约克夏仔猪,公母各半,随机分为 4 个处理组,每个处理组 4 个重复,
每重复 4 头。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加 0.5%、1%和 1.5%女贞子。研究在日粮中添加
女贞子对断奶仔猪生产性能及血液生化指标的影响。结果表明,添加 1%、1.5% 女贞子可显著提高仔猪的平均日
增重(P<0.05),日粮中添加不同水平的女贞子均可显著降低断奶仔猪的腹泻率,提高血清中总蛋白含量 (TP),
降低血清中甘油三酯(TG)含量(P<0.05)。添加 1%和 1.5%女贞子可显著降低其血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性,提高
断奶仔猪血清中高密度脂蛋白(HDL)含量(P<0.05)。日粮中添加女贞子可调节断奶仔猪机体的脂类代谢,降低转
氨酶活性,从而提高其部分生长性能。

Abstract: The present study was conducted to evaluate effects of dietary supplementation with
different levels of
Ligustrum lucidum
(LL) on antioxidant status and blood biochemical indices of weaned
piglets. Sixty-four 28-day-old Yorkshire pigs were randomly assigned to 4 groups with 4 replicates of 4
pigs per pen (2 gilts and 2 barrows) for a 28-day's growth experiment. Testing groups were fed basal
diet supplemented with 0.5%, 1% and 1.5 LL, respectively. Control group was fed a corn-soybean meal
basal diet. The results showed that diets supplemented with 1% and 1.5% LL significantly increased
ADG of piglets (

<0.05). As compared to the control, concentration of serum TG, incidence of diarrhea
were decreased and TP concentration of sera was enhanced by 0.5%, 1% and 1.5% LL supplementa-
