The performance of elevators has a significant impact on people's lives, so it is necessary to make efforts to improve the performance of the elevator system to ensure that the operation of the elevator is both efficient, energy-saving, and safe and reliable. Traditional elevator control systems use relay logic control circuits, which are prone to malfunctions, inconvenient to maintain, have a short service life, and occupy a large amount of space, and are gradually being phased out. In order to improve the reliability of the automatic control system and the working efficiency of the equipment, a set of elevator automatic control system was designed with PLC as the core controller to replace the complex relay-contactor control used in the past. The core part of the system (control part) uses the FX2N-80 PLC produced by Mitsubishi Electric in Japan. Since the software program control is used in the core control part, the convenience and ease of elevator fault inspection and maintenance are greatly improved while ensuring the normal operation of the elevator. It also overcomes some human interference factors brought by manual operation, and achieves good expected results. Keywords: Elevator, PLC, Ladder Diagram 河南科技大学本科毕业设计论文II基于PLC的电梯控制系统 摘要 随着现代城市的发展,高层建筑越来越多,电梯已成为人们日常出行的必需工具。电梯的性能对人们生活产生着越来越显著的影响,因此必须努力提高电梯系统的性能,以确保电梯的运行既高效节能又安全可靠。 传统的电梯控制系统采用的是继电器逻辑控制电路,容易出现故障,维护不便,运行寿命短,占地空间大,目前正逐步被淘汰。为了提高自动控制系统的可靠性和设备的工作效率,设计了一套以PLC为核心控制器的电梯自动控制系统,用来取代以往采用的较复杂的继电器-接触器控制。系统的核心部分(控制部分)采用了日本三菱公司生产的FX2N-80型PLC。由于核心控制部分采用的是软件程序控制,因此在保证电梯正常运行的情况下,大大提高了电梯故障检查与维修的便捷性和易用性,同时也克服了手动操作所带来的一些人为干扰因素,取得了良好的预期效果。 关键词:电梯,PLC,梯形图 根据河南科技大学本科毕业设计论文I和II的内容可以得知,电梯控制系统采用了基于PLC的自动控制系统,其核心部分采用了日本三菱公司生产的FX2N-80型PLC,软件程序控制大大提高了电梯故障检查与维修的便捷性和易用性,同时也克服了手动操作所带来的一些人为干扰因素,取得了良好的预期效果。此论文的研究成果将对电梯控制系统的发展产生积极的影响。
