The design of a wireless temperature detecting system based on a single chip microcomputer is essential for improving the shortcomings of the current grain storage industrial detection systems in China. This system utilizes a wireless sensor design, highlighting the hardware structure and software implementation of a wireless temperature sensor. In environments with strong corrosiveness or high sealing requirements, as well as situations where the temperature measurement distance from the main host is far, implementing wired temperature measurement can be challenging. While temperature transmitters have resolved short-distance temperature measurement issues, they still rely on cables and suffer from signal attenuation over longer distances, making them unsuitable for remote temperature detection. Temperature is a crucial parameter in many engineering projects, necessitating the development of a wireless temperature measurement system. This system incorporates the DS18B20 digital temperature sensor as the temperature measuring node, with the 89C52 single chip microcomputer serving as the lower-level processor for temperature value acquisition. Wireless communication is facilitated through the NRF24L01 transceiver module, and the data is eventually transmitted to the upper-level display chip via serial communication. In conclusion, the wireless temperature detecting system based on a single chip microcomputer offers an effective solution to the limitations of current industrial temperature detection systems. By utilizing wireless sensors and advanced communication technology, this system provides reliable and accurate temperature measurements in various challenging environments. This design not only enhances the efficiency and accuracy of temperature monitoring but also showcases the potential for innovation in industrial monitoring systems.
