The application of electronic control technology in automobiles has become increasingly widespread, playing an irreplaceable role in improving the performance, economy, safety, stability, and comfort of vehicles. The electrification of automobiles is considered a revolution in the development process of automotive technology, with the degree of automotive electrification being a crucial indicator of modern automotive standards and the most important technological measure for developing new vehicle models and improving vehicle performance. This paper introduces the development trends of automotive electronic technology and the challenges it faces. It also provides a detailed overview of the latest electronic technology applications in the automotive body, focusing on research on automotive safety systems, comfort systems, information and communication systems, and other electronic control technologies. Finally, five practical automotive maintenance case studies are presented.
The current requirements for automotive electronic products emphasize improving product performance while increasing the complexity of electronic products, and making automotive electronic products smaller and lighter. Therefore, the development goal of automotive electronic technology is environmental protection, energy conservation, safety, and intelligence.
In conclusion, the application of electronic technology in automotive body systems is crucial for advancing the automotive industry and meeting the demands of modern consumers. By continuously researching and implementing cutting-edge electronic technologies, automotive manufacturers can enhance the performance, safety, and comfort of vehicles, ultimately contributing to a more sustainable and intelligent automotive future.
