computer application level is expanding, the original system's timeliness, data accuracy, and operational convenience are all insufficient, which has affected the normal use of the system. After investigation and comparison, it was decided to redesign the telephone number management system using the power of software development technology to facilitate the management of telephone numbers. The telephone number registration management system is a typical information management system. The system introduces the development process of the telephone number query system, the problems encountered in the design, and the methods to improve the current application or system development progress and performance. By providing various object-oriented development tools, the system's initial prototype is established in a short time, and then the initial prototype system undergoes iterative requirements, continuously revised and improved, until a feasible system that meets user satisfaction is formed. This course design uses JSP 2.0 development tools and SQL Server 2000 database to develop this telephone number management system. The system aims to solve the problems of network telephone number management and can meet the basic requirements of telephone number management, including registration, query, and management functions.
