Abstract—In order to establish a distributed intelligent logistics
warehousing management information system under cloud
computing environment, and realize the dynamic optimization
and warning of logistics inventory, it proposed the distributed
logistics inventory model based on cloud computing. Firstly, it
analyzed the characteristics of existing distributed inventory
model and the advantages of cloud computing; then, the
hierarchy-control distributed inventory model and cloud
computing model were combined together to build the
framework model of distributed logistics inventory based on
cloud computing. Finally, through application parallel
algorithm of dynamic harmony search under cloud computing
environment, the distributed inventory model was compared
and calculated, and the checking results showed that the
distributed logistics inventory model of cloud computing is
correct and effective.

NTRODUCTION
Logistics inventory management is the forecasting,
planning, organizing, coordinating, controlling and other
management work under the premise of ensuring the product
sale supplies so as to maintain the inventory supplies at a
reasonable and economic level. The inventory can make the
logistics enterprises to obtain the economies of scale and the
good customer service level, but high inventory carrying cost
may also become an investment with high cost for
enterprises, thus the inventory management is a key issue
faced in corporate logistics management field [1]. With the
development of cross-border e-commerce and rural e-
commerce, the cloud computing, internet of things (IoT), and
GPS/Compass navigation technology have been widely used
in logistics warehousing and distribution management, thus
the establishment of distributed intelligent logistics
warehousing information management system under cloud
computing environment to realize the dynamic optimization
management of logistics inventory and reduce the logistics
costs has a very important significance.

A. Current Research Situation of Distributed Inventory
Management
Currently, the inventory management model has
developed from traditional quantitative ordering and regular
ordering model into various modern logistics management
models with modern features, such as MRP (Material
Resource Planning), MRP2 (Material Resource Planning)
[1]
, VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory)
[2]
, CMI (Customer
Managed Inventory), and JMI (Joint Inventory
Management)
[3]
. With the development of e-commerce, the
design and deployment of logistics warehouse become
increasingly distributed and miniaturized, and in recent
years, many scholars put forward many distributed
inventory management models. Through the research on BP
neural networks and genetic algorithms, and based on
traditional VMI model, ZHANG Zhao et al proposed a GA-
BP distributed inventory model
[3]
. ZOU Ran et al studied
the distributed inventory management model under
centralized control
[4]
, which can better solve the distributed
inventory ordering and allocation model under centralized
control.
Foreign scholars Rao and Krisman firstly used the
newsboy model to process the allocation and ordering
amount, then Zhang improved the newsboy model and
studied the inventory sharing problem in the case that the
demand can be coordinated
[5]
. Rudi and Robinson proposed
the analytical strategy of two inventory models, and
Robinson also expanded it into the analysis method of
multiple inventory models, and used the large-scale linear
programming under distributed control to obtain the
approximate optimal solution
[6-7]
.
B. Advantages of Cloud Computing
Cloud Computing is the comprehensive development of
Distributed Computing, Parallel Computing and Grid
Computing, which is Internet-based supercomputing model
able to integrate the massive information stored in personal
computers, mobile terminals and other devices together with
processor resources for collaborative working. Cloud
computing platform can provide users with SAAS (Software
as a Service), AAS (Platform as a Service), IAAS
