the application of computer technology, network technology, and information technology has been widely used in various aspects of society, bringing tremendous changes to modern life and work. Employee management in enterprises is evolving towards the pursuit of high efficiency, low cost, stability, and reliability. To achieve this goal, enterprises need a well-functioning and performance-stable employee management system. This paper focuses on the design and development of an enterprise employee management system, following the methods of software engineering. The system adopts the B/S model, using ASP development language and SQL SERVER 2000 database. The system is divided into employee subsystem and administrator subsystem, both of which have login verification. In addition, each subsystem has different functional modules. The entire system is characterized by completeness, simplicity, and ease of operation, which can reduce management costs, improve management efficiency of employees, and ensure stable and reliable operation of the system.
