单片机便携式电子秤研究：新型技术助力称重控制器创新发展。

In the research sample of the portable electronic scale based on the single-chip microcomputer, the demand for electronic scales in various fields such as industrial and mining enterprises, transportation, commercial trade, and scientific and technological fields, and even in every family, is becoming increasingly common in the intelligent measurement instrument. The electronic scale is an important branch of this research field. However, the cost and function limitations of the weighing controller have always restricted the further popularization and application of electronic scales in various fields. Therefore, product updates and upgrades are necessary for production development and are inevitable for social development. In recent years, the emergence of new single-chip microcomputers and the development of sensing technology have provided conditions for updating product design and developing high-performance cost-effective weighing controllers. We used the M68HC05 single-chip microcomputer to develop a weighing controller for specialized electronic scales used in special occasions. The research work enables the weighing controller to integrate multiple functions and explore research on various electronic scales with special usage requirements. Starting from the basic components of the electronic scale, this paper analyzes the software and hardware to achieve various specialized electronic scale functions, and finally proposes some improvement ideas.
