s, with the development of the Internet, email has become an essential communication tool for exchanging information. Although the design of email systems has improved, there are still some shortcomings, especially in meeting the specific needs of small and medium-sized enterprises. This research paper focuses on the design and implementation of an enterprise-level email system that addresses the low-cost email management needs of small and medium-sized enterprises. The Webmail email system is mainly based on online email exchange, where users can send and receive emails directly through a web browser without the need to configure email servers or personal mailboxes on client machines. This design utilizes technologies such as Windows servers, PHP, HTML, CSS, and Javascript to implement a B/S architecture email system for enterprise use. The system leverages the SMTP and POP3 protocols for sending and receiving emails. Through testing, it has been confirmed that the system can successfully send and receive plain text emails as well as emails with attachments, providing users with a seamless email management experience.
