Control System of Double Capacity Water Tank Based on Configuration Software The issue of liquid level control is a common problem in people's lives and in the industrial production process. In various industries such as wastewater treatment, solution filtration, and chemical production, it is necessary to control the liquid level. Proper control of the liquid level can improve production efficiency and product quality. The different background of liquid level control can be simplified as the problem of water level control in a double capacity water tank. This paper is based on MCGS configuration software and uses the AE2000B process control experimental device to design a cascade control system for a double capacity water tank. The system utilizes PLC technology, automatic control technology, and communication technology to achieve precise control of the water level in the lower tank.
