Granary Monitoring And Control System: The quality, quantity, and safety of grain are crucial to the development of the national economy and social stability. Therefore, proper grain storage is of significant importance. The physical parameters that affect the quality of grain storage are factors such as temperature and humidity. Grain temperature and moisture change during storage. If the grain absorbs moisture, its metabolism accelerates, generating heat from respiration, leading to local temperature increase and moldy deterioration of the grain. In addition to the safety testing of grain, theft prevention, and pest control are also essential. Prompt and accurate detection of these parameters and timely intervention are of practical significance in reducing grain losses. To ensure the safety of grain storage, we have designed a grain monitoring and control system based on the 51 microcontroller, integrating temperature, humidity, theft prevention, pest detection, and control. We fully utilize the data processing and real-time detection capabilities of the microcontroller. We use the single bus digital temperature sensor DS18B20 for temperature acquisition, the capacitive humidity sensor HM1500 for humidity acquisition, and the GH-718 human infrared sensor for theft detection.
