基于井上下联合抽采的三区联动瓦斯综合治理模式

摘 要:为解决近距离突出煤层群开采过程中瓦斯超限及煤与瓦斯突出隐患ꎬ通过建立瓦斯治理的时
空坐标系ꎬ系统分析井上、井下抽采技术的时空分布特征及其约束条件ꎬ进而揭示煤炭开采三区的井
上下联合抽采的时空转换机制ꎻ基于沙曲矿近距离煤层群开采特点ꎬ在规划区大范围采用三类地面
井ꎬ实现煤层气的规模化预抽ꎬ在开拓区和生产区首次实施了多分支水平井与千米钻孔定向对接高效
抽采、大孔径定向长钻孔立体式抽采等关键技术ꎬ通过井上、下抽采方法优选集成ꎬ结合煤层气综合利
用ꎬ形成了沙曲瓦斯综合治理模式与配套技术体系ꎮ 经过实践验证ꎬ推行“ 沙曲模式” 可实现采掘工
作面瓦斯零超限ꎬ基本消除各煤层突出危险性ꎬ保证矿井安全高效生产ꎬ结合瓦斯综合利用可产生显
著经济和社会效益ꎮ

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of gas outburst and coal and gas outburst in the process of mining close coal seams with outburst
