Many energy sources are wasted in the industry, highlighting the effectiveness of temperature control systems. This paper uses the STC89C51 microcontroller as the main controller, with waterproof DS18B20 for temperature detection and digital display used for temperature display. The upper and lower temperature limits in the microcontroller can be switched and adjusted using a keypad module. The actual temperature measured by the sensor is compared with the upper and lower limits stored in the microcontroller. If the measured temperature is lower than the lower limit, the buzzer sounds, the green indicator light is on, and the relay drives the heating rod to heat. If the measured temperature is higher than the set upper limit, the buzzer sounds, the red indicator light is on, the relay is turned off, and the heating is stopped. The temperature control system has a wide range of applications, allowing real-time temperature control in the industry and saving unnecessary energy waste. In daily life, the system can automatically adjust the water temperature in the bathroom, reducing the inconvenience of manual control and saving labor.
