LED aging testing is an essential process to ensure the quality and reliability of LED products. In this study, a LED switch aging test system based on Arduino is developed to address the challenges in LED testing. The system utilizes Arduino development board as the controller and is designed to be cost-effective and easily applicable. By connecting a smartphone app to the Bluetooth module of the Arduino board, users can control the entire aging test process remotely. The system works by sending aging parameters from the smartphone app to the Arduino board, which then generates PWM signals to drive the LED driver chip for aging. Temperature and humidity data are collected by sensors and sent back to the Arduino board for comparison with preset values. The board controls heating and humidification modules based on the comparison results and sends the data back to the app for monitoring. Additionally, a 10-bit high-precision ADC is used to read the voltage across the LED, which is then transmitted to the app for overall control of the aging test. By combining the power of Arduino with the convenience of Bluetooth connectivity, this LED aging test system offers an efficient and reliable solution for LED aging testing. It not only improves the accuracy and efficiency of the testing process but also provides a user-friendly interface for easy control and monitoring. With its key features such as LED aging detection, Arduino compatibility, and Bluetooth connectivity, this system represents a significant advancement in LED testing technology.
