本文描述了基于springboot的小区物业管理系统的设计与实现。随着城镇人口居住的集中化加剧，传统人工小区管理模式逐渐跟不上时代的潮流，因此需要提供一个专门的管理系统来提高物管的工作效率，为住户提供更好的服务。物业管理系统运用现代化的计算机管理手段，使物业的硬件管理结合软件管理，为物业管理走向现代化、制度化与规范化创造条件。系统的主要功能包括业户信息管理、小区概况管理、报修信息模块、收费信息管理、信息发布模块、新闻资讯管理、系统留言板等功能。本系统前台主要使用JSP作为开发语言，后台使用MySQL作为数据库管理系统，开发环境是MyEclipse，服务器采用tomcat，开发出的一个基于Web技术的B/S结构的物业管理系统。在摘要中总结了关键词物业管理、JSP、B/S结构小区物业管理系统。 Abstract This paper describes the design and implementation of a community property management system based on springboot. As the concentration of urban population increases, the traditional manual community management mode is gradually unable to keep up with the trend of the times, so it is necessary to provide a specialized management system to improve the work efficiency of property management and provide better services to residents. The property management system uses modern computer management methods to integrate hardware and software management, creating conditions for the modernization, institutionalization and standardization of property management. The main functions of the system include household information management, community overview management, maintenance information module, fee information management, information release module, news and information management, and system bulletin board. The front end of this system mainly uses JSP as the development language, MySQL as the database management system on the back end, MyEclipse as the development environment, tomcat as the server, and develops a B/S structure property management system based on Web technology.
