太湖底泥水华蓝藻复苏的模拟*

要:本实验采集太湖梅梁湾底泥及上覆水,在保持底泥表面完整的前提下在实验室中建立湖泊生态系统模拟装置,探
索太湖底泥中蓝藻种群的复苏规律.经

光照升温培养,显微观察蓝藻复苏细胞,测定底泥和上覆水中的色素含量
结果表明,在室内模拟条件下,太湖底泥蓝藻复苏初始时主要以

个细胞的小群体存在,其细胞直径为
7.2-7.8μm
,
大于夏季的藻群体中的细胞直径
(4.8-6μm).
底泥蓝藻的复苏过程与环境温度变化密切相关蓝藻在水体温度达到
14
℃时开始少量进入水柱中,在环境温度升至
18
-20
飞之间时大量进入水中,为水华形成提供了种源.底泥蓝藻的最佳复

Abstract:
A simulative experimental appliance was designed
to
investigate the Microcystis recruitment from surface sediments of
Taihu Lake. Intace surface sediments from Taihu Lake were
put
into the appliance bottom
and
the filtered lake water of Taihu Lake
was gentlely added on preset surface sediments. During the culture period
, the recruited cells were
obse
凹
ed
and photographed with
an
epi-fluorescence microscope. Meanwhile , effect of temperature on the recruitment of Microcystis colony has been studied. Results
showed that
under
simulative conditions , the recruiting population was composed of 2 - 8 cells mostly. The cell diameter was about
7.2
一
7.8μm
,
larger than
that
of the colonial cell in summer(
4.8
-
6μm).
The recruitment of Microcystis colony from the sedi
ment was affected significantly by temperature.
Microcystis in the sediment started
to
move into the water column when temperature
reached 14
"C.
With increasing of
temperatu

the recruitment rate of Microcystis rose gradually and reached its maximum at 18
20
"C.
The optimal temperature for recruitment of
Microcyst

, is higher than that of other algae , 14 - 18

The re
sults suggested that the enhancement in temperature would be advantageous

the recruitment of Microcystis
