longer-term or do you expect continued export growth from the terminal? How

11. While MPLX appears to be amassing a sizeable Permian processing position that

will produce notable NGLs, the Permian appears to have more than enough NGL

takeaway pipelines. Moreover, building an alternative hub versus Mont Belvieu

appears to be a very difficult given the entrenched market participants. What

gives MPLX confidence that BANGL can be successfully developed into an

attractive project?
