The design and implementation of an intelligent fire-fighting robot based on single-chip microcontroller is a project that utilizes the AT89C51 as the core controller for the robot. The robot is equipped with components such as digital display tubes and circuits to enhance its control capabilities. By leveraging the data processing and real-time control functions of the AT89C51, the robot is able to operate efficiently in various conditions. The AT89C51 serves as the controller for the alarm system, ensuring that the robot is always in optimal condition. When the motor signal drives the fire-fighting robot forward, the infrared detectors of the tracking module detect the black line on the ground and transmit the signal to the microcontroller. Based on the programmed instructions, the microcontroller determines the appropriate action and sends the command to the motor drive module, allowing the robot to move along the black line and adjust its direction as needed. Additionally, the robot is equipped with ultrasonic sensors to detect obstacles and avoid collisions. By utilizing infrared sensors to sense temperature, the robot is capable of detecting fires and extinguishing them effectively. These features enable the robot to navigate different terrains, detect and respond to potential hazards, and carry out its fire-fighting mission with precision. In conclusion, the intelligent fire-fighting robot based on single-chip microcontroller is a sophisticated and versatile solution for fire-fighting applications. With its advanced control capabilities and sensor integration, the robot is able to operate autonomously and effectively in challenging environments. The use of single-chip microcontroller technology enhances the robot's performance and reliability, making it an ideal tool for fire-fighting operations.

智能灭火小车的设计与实现 摘 要 随着人类文化的发展,越来越多的自然灾害降临人间,火灾已严重威胁人类的生命, 为此人类发明智能机器人(小车)去代替我们从事危险工作。所以人们开始重视研究智 能生命的运用。此设计,设计制作了一款通过红外光电传感器检测路径信息、红外火焰 传感器检测火源的智能寻迹灭火小是运用51单片机为控制系统。加以电源电路、电机驱 动、超声波传感器、灭火风扇以及其他电路等构成。电源电路能够为系统提供所需要的 工作电源,循迹和避障由光电对管完成,用超声波传感器感受的火源的所在方位,能够 动作迅速且准确的找到位置,风扇电机启动风扇,最后达到现场灭火的目的。 关键词:单片机 ,小车,引导控制 ,传感器 The design of the fire-fighting robort Abstract Confronted with so many bad working environment (such as fire fighting, rescue etc), in order to effectively avoid casualties, need to use intelligent go by car scene to complete relevant tasks. Therefore, the research and development of intelligent car guide control system has the extremely vital significance. This system uses STC89C51 as the core control chip, design and make a new electric sensor detection by infrared sensor information, infrared flame path of intelligent tracing test fire extinguishing car. The system is composed of single-chip microcomputer control module, tracing sensor module, drive motor module, ignition sensor module, fan module, power supply module. The practical application indicates that the car can be in a specially designed field on fire, to realize the independent found autonomous recognition route, independent sources and marching close to the fire extinguishing, finally complete task.
