With the advancement of PLC technology, utilizing PLC for temperature control has become a significant direction in the field of automatic control. The study in this report focuses on PID control of temperature, presents a design scheme for fuzzy self-tuning, and combines it with MCGS monitoring software to achieve effective temperature control. Through this design, the advantages of PLC in the mixed application of logic control and PID control can be observed, providing the industrial sector with a more stable and efficient solution for temperature control.
