It identifies the need for a more advanced and integrated approach to drug management, which can only be achieved through the utilization of information technology. The thesis then outlines the overall design of the system, dividing it into modules such as basic information, sales, inventory, and system management functions. The detailed design of the system is elaborated upon, with a focus on the database's conceptual and logical design, as well as an analysis and design of the E-R diagram and tables. The system is developed using Microsoft Visual C 6.0 as the front-end development tool and Access as the backend database management system. The entire system is designed to meet the requirements of simplicity, user-friendliness, flexibility, practicality, and security in drug management. The implementation of the system covers all aspects of medical management operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow. The key features of the system include drug management, client/server architecture, C programming language, and the use of Access for database management. Overall, the design and implementation of the medical management system aim to address the complexities of drug management and provide a reliable and efficient solution for the healthcare industry.
